A to Z eCommerce management since 2020
Stop micromanaging freelancers. Start delegating to a team.
ThriveBizz runs your marketplace accounts end to end on Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, Walmart, eBay and many more, and now includes managing Airbnb and Booking.com. Not one assistant you have to retrain every year, but a structured team with a project lead, a quality manager, and me above both.
Not one VA. Not an agency.
A team behind your account, not a single freelancer.
ThriveBizz is not a VA agency. It is a service firm where I work on the accounts myself and guide the team doing it. We do not hand you a VA and disappear. Every project has a VA on the front end, a project lead, a quality manager, and me. All briefed, all accountable.
How we hire
Six stages before anyone touches your account.
We only interview people with real eCommerce experience, test them, then put them through a month of training under our ThriveSkill programme and a competency exam. Only after working alongside a senior specialist do they join a client account.

Why ThriveBizz
Why ThriveBizz?
Proper Structure - Your Forever Partners
When you hire an individual, you are one resignation away from starting over. That is the risk we engineered out.
✗Hiring a freelancer
- ✗One freelancer who disappears the moment they find a better client
- ✗Months spent training them, then starting again from zero
- ✗No cover when they are sick, travelling or simply gone
- ✗Nobody checking the work except you
- ✗Five separate freelancers for listings, ads, design, logistics and support
- ✗You stay the bottleneck, still buried in the day to day
- ✗You never speak to whoever is actually accountable
✓The ThriveBizz way
- ✓A contracted month of notice and handover training for their successor, so nothing breaks
- ✓Your project lead and I already know your account, so a change is a handover, not a restart
- ✓Continuous cover, because the team knows your account, not just one person
- ✓Every VA reports to a project lead and every lead to a quality manager, with internal reviews on a fixed cycle
- ✓One team already covering listings, PPC, graphics, logistics, customer support and development
- ✓You hand over the day to day and spend your hours on product, suppliers and growth
- ✓I supervise every project, join the monthly reviews and stay reachable, the same way I have with clients I have kept since 2018

How we hire
Six stages before anyone touches your account
This is the actual recruitment path every ThriveBizz specialist walks. It is why we do not hand you someone who learned Seller Central last week.
Interview
We only interview candidates with a minimum of 6 to 12 months of hands-on eCommerce experience.
Skill assessment
Everyone who passes the interview sits a practical assessment. Only those who pass it are hired.
30 days of training
New hires enter ThriveSkill, our in-house programme: a full month of structured training with daily assessment.
Competency evaluation
After training, a formal evaluation validates the skills. We only continue with those who pass.
Guided experience
One to two months working alongside a senior specialist to learn our workflows on real accounts.
Ready to serve
Only now is a specialist assigned to a client account: trained, tested and supervised.
Roles we fill
The people you would otherwise be hiring one by one
Take one role or take the whole function. Either way they come with the structure behind them.

Questions
Things sellers ask before they hire us
What does the quotation actually include?
A written scope: which platforms, which tasks, how many hours or which retainer level, who is assigned, and what you get each week. No hidden add-ons, and nothing starts before you agree it.
Why do you not offer a free audit?
Because a real audit takes a specialist several hours, and free audits attract people who want free work rather than a partner. Tell us the scope and we will quote a paid audit that you keep, whether or not you hire us.
What happens if the person assigned to me leaves?
Our contracts require a month of notice and a handover to their successor. Your project lead and I already know your account, so a change of person is a handover, not a restart.
Do I get to speak to the person working on my account?
Yes. You work with the specialist directly, and the project lead and I stay reachable. We are not a black box that only communicates through a ticket system.
What time zones do you cover?
The team runs a morning and a night shift, so US and European working hours are both covered. Tell us your hours and we will match them.
Can you take over an account that is already in trouble?
Often yes. Suppressed listings, ACoS out of control, catalogue chaos and account health cases are routine work here. The quote will tell you honestly what is fixable and what is not.
Tell us what you need. We will quote it.
No free audit, no discovery theatre. Send us the scope and you will get a written quote, usually within a working day.
